Just Strecth! Says San Jose Translation Service

San Jose Translation ServiceWhen you exercise, should you also stretch?  Most people skip it, but should they?  For now, San Jose Translation workers seem to have answered this question.  In a study that they recently helped complete, they found that stretching reduces soreness.  The study included 2 groups of participants.  The first group was asked to exercise for 15 minutes before and after each workout.  The other group was asked to not exercise.  After 12 weeks, those who stretched were less sore than the others.

The study also helped provide additional evidence that stretching increases blood flow, bringing oxygen to the muscles while getting rid of acid which forms on muscles and leads to muscle burn.
